These terms cover two products: rawops.dev (website) and RawMon (mobile application).
rawops.dev (Website)
Use of the Website
rawops.dev provides free, open-source DevOps tools and documentation. You may use the website and its tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
No Warranty
All tools and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool output or documentation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall rawops.dev be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or its tools, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
RawMon (Mobile Application)
Subscription Plans
RawMon offers a free tier with core functionality and a Pro subscription for advanced features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the respective app store.
Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective platform:
- iOS: Request a refund through Apple Support or the Report a Problem page.
- Android: Request a refund through Google Play Help.
We do not process refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple and Google.
Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- Up to 5 monitors (native HTTP, DNS, TCP, ICMP, Certificate, Heartbeat)
- 1 external data source (one Uptime Kuma instance OR one SaaS provider)
- 1 SSH server configuration
- Basic push notifications, widgets, and core diagnostic tools (Port Scanner, LAN Discovery, Wake-on-LAN)
- Backup & Restore (all data imported; excess monitors/providers paused until upgrade)
Pro unlocks unlimited monitors, unlimited data sources, unlimited SSH servers, NFC tags, geofencing profiles, App Lock, webhook HMAC signing, and Docker Explorer. Feature availability may change between versions.
Push Notification Relay
RawMon's push notification relay runs on Cloudflare Workers. While we strive for high availability, the relay is provided without a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We do not guarantee uninterrupted notification delivery.
Service Availability
RawMon performs monitoring checks from your device. We do not guarantee that checks will execute at the configured interval, particularly on iOS where background execution is limited by the operating system.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RawMon to perform unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing
- Send excessive requests through the push relay (rate limits apply)
- Reverse-engineer or redistribute the application
- Use the app for any activity that violates applicable laws
Intellectual Property
RawMon and its associated branding, code, and documentation are protected by copyright. The push relay worker code and monitoring template are available under the MIT license on GitHub.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or app store update notes.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate push relay access for accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
